This VDO temperature sender is used to measure oil temperature. It is threaded M14x1.5 to replace the oil drain plug. It includes a copper crush washer for a leak free seal. This sender will fit any oil pan threaded M14x1.5. Most import cars in the US use M14x1.5 drain plugs. For specific installation applications please visit our tech corner.
