Installation Tip:

Thoroughly clean the SAI hole using a round wire brush or scotch-brite pad. Wipe clean to ensure a good seal. Lightly oil the o-ring before installation to avoid tearing.

Secondary air pump gone bad? Want to shed a few pounds? Remove your VR6's secondary air injection system without any permanent modification to the head. Our CNC machined plug replaces the OEM combi valve without threading the hole or driving in a freeze plug. Using the existing 6mm bolt and mounting location our plug is a perfect fit. Equipped with a 100% silicone 0-ring for excellent heat resistance.

• Will fit VW mk3 Jetta, Golf, GTI VR6 1993-1999 OBD1 & OBD2
• Will NOT fit mk4 VR6 motors
