Our 2.0T FSI Catch Can Conversion Plate allows the installation of a recirculated oil catch can system on a 2.0T FSI motor. It eliminates the faulty factory PCV selection valve and provides simple fittings to connect an oil catch can.
CNC machined in 1 piece from 6061 aluminum, our plate is precise from start to finish. Along the face of the plate, two 1/2" NPT Female bungs are machined in. On the right, an exact copy of the factory PCV fitting is machined in place. On the back, super smooth machining and dead-on hole alignments provide a reliable seal against the factory o-ring seals.
Once installed, your PCV system is ready for a catch can. We've eliminated the factory switching valve and changed the plumbing route of the PCV system. Unless already plugged, you'll need to use our PCV Plug & Tap to plug your intake manifold.
